Culture

Historically a rural country that has retained many folk traditions.
Overshadowed by the different cultures of its neighbours, there are several notable museums, beautiful landscapes, historic buildings, old city of Luxembourg, Family of Man photographic exhibition and the Dancing procession of Echternach.

The City of Luxembourg has twice been European Capital of Culture and is a UNESCO World Heritage site thanks to the historical importance of its fortifications.
