Bulgaria has always been at the crossroads of different cultures between east and west, giving a rich and diverse cultural heritage set in beautiful landscapes. These range from the Thracian treasures from the Bronze Age to the end of Antiquity, Roman remains and early Christian churches.

World Heritage sites include:
